I am nót a big fan óf salad, but I dó have a sóft spót fór Japanese salad, mainly due tó the lóvely sesame dressing. The nuttiness and aróma óf freshly tóasted sesame seeds is what make this dressing a winner. Tó get the maximum flavór óut óf yóur sesame seeds, it is best if yóu dry tóast them ón a frying pan until gólden brówn and starts tó vibrate. Then grind this freshly tóasted sesame ón a mórtal and pestle (if yóu have óne), ór use a spice attachment fór a blender which shóuld dó a fine jób at turning this intó lóvely sesame seeds pówder. Whisk the sesame pówder with the rest óf the dressing ingredients and yóu are in fór a bit óf salad heaven. ♥
