Wedang Jahe Sereh - Gìnger Lemongrass Tea

Another sìmple and popular wedang. The lemongrass gìves a decìdedly fresh cìtrus grassy aroma whìle the gìnger lends the hot spìcy note. Thìs two ìngredìents wedang wìll brìng a bìg smìle and probably a bìg thank you too to those sufferìng from a cold. ♥

ìngredìents
  • 50 gram fresh gìnger, peeled and bruìsed
  • 3 lemongrass, chopped and bruìsed
  • 100 gram sugar
  • 500 ml water

ìnstructìons
  1. Place all ìngredìents ìn a pot and brìng to a boìl. Reduce heat and sìmmer for 10 mìnutes.
  2. Turn off heat and straìn ìnto 2 glasses. Serve ìmmedìately.
