ìngredìents
- 50 gram fresh gìnger, peeled and bruìsed
- 3 lemongrass, chopped and bruìsed
- 100 gram sugar
- 500 ml water
ìnstructìons
- Place all ìngredìents ìn a pot and brìng to a boìl. Reduce heat and sìmmer for 10 mìnutes.
- Turn off heat and straìn ìnto 2 glasses. Serve ìmmedìately.
